Girls Coding
A flagship project of the organization that empowers underserved and underrepresented girls (age 7 – 17) with tech skills in computer programming. It is a hands-on learning program building digital literacy skills, especially coding and analytical skills in young girls. Courses covered include HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Python.
Safe Space
The organization is dedicated to addressing the psychological issues faced by the girl child in her environment hence, the need for Safe Space where mentors address and answer questions from girls on personal health, child abuse, career choices, academic excellence, cultural practices, sex and how to handle cases of sexual harassment in their schools. Workshops on capacity building and life building skills to further develop themselves to become socially responsible individuals are held at the centre once every month.
Ladies at work
This program empowers undergraduates and graduates who are seeking employment. It is a female focused digital skill and job prep learning community. It provides a comprehensive education in technology skills, as well as social learning skills, enabling women to enter the workforce with confidence. The program runs virtually for a period of 3 months.
Empowered Hands
A project that empowers underprivileged girls with vocational training covering bead-making, fashion designing, Aso-oke weaving, Ankara crafts, hair styling, baking and wig making. The project is run from July – August yearly.
Lady Labs
Lady labs is a space for girls from the poorest communities to get a functional I.T skill; a space for ladies studying computer science in tertiary institutions to gain practical experience; and a co-working space for female tech founders.
Community Outreach
Covers a feeding program organized for the poor and homeless, visits to orphanage homes and donation of relief materials to victims of natural disaster. It also features distribution of food items and cook out events in slums and orphanages
Medical Outreach
Providing free health care assistance to the uninsured and medically underserved in Lagos. An outreach that informs and educates our target population, on prevention and spread of diseases.
Educate Her
Educate Her is program that offers scholarship opportunities for promising young girls from underprivileged communities so as to get a better education.

Career Talk and Mentorship for girls in Secondary school

We actively search for opportunities for our girls who are interested in a period of pre-career full-time work experience in IT based companies
